A clear route from report to correction.

Anyone can report a factual, compatibility, attribution, safety or accessibility problem through the public contact form. Reports are compared with primary sources and the current version of the page before a change is made.

1. Report.

   Provide the page URL, disputed statement, expected correction and a source when available.

2. Verify.

   MineBrush checks the edition, version, date and source context instead of changing a claim from one isolated message.

3. Correct.

   Typos and formatting errors may be fixed directly. A material factual change should update the page and its visible update date or correction note where readers need the history.

4. Propagate.

   Related internal links, file metadata, version tables and category summaries are checked so the same error does not remain elsewhere.
